Country Muster Bar a Success Heading Detail
Whilst the Wallabies had no success on Saturday night against the Poms at ANZ Stadium, the team (Board) from NSW Country Rugby where on a WINNER with the new Country Muster Bar. The Board of Country Rugby were delighted at the number of 'Bushies' that attended the Test Match and made the 'Tooheys Country Muster Bar' at the entrance to ANZ Stadium their new meeting place.

The Country Muster is a new initiative of NSW Country Rugby in an effort to provide Country supporters with an opportunity to catch up with mates from the bush before a Sydney Test match and to provide a central meeting point for Country supporters to have a beer/wine similar to the iconic 'Cattlemans Bar' of past Royal Easter Shows.
Through the support of the Australian Rugby Union, NSWCRU was able to establish the inaugural Muster event with a short lead period following negotiations with the ANZ Stadium Management. Overall, Country Rugby was a WINNER on the night with old friends reuniting, good banter being displayed and even a couple of Country Memberships being signed up thanks to new Director, Col McCallum from New England. Hopefully the Country Muster Bar will grow in statue with future Sydney Test Matches.
