ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Country Rugby Union of NSW Ltd will be held in the Board Room, NSW Rugby Union Offices, Sydney Football Stadium, Moore Park at 10.00am on Sunday, 27 November 2011.

2. Nominations for Positions to be elected
All nominations for positions to be elected at the AGM are to be in writing indicating the position or positions for which the person is nominating and received by the Executive Officer by Monday, 31 October 2011.
If no nominations have been received for any position by the stipulated date, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting for election to the position.
3. Notice of Motion or Other Business
Notice of Motion or Other Business for consideration at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Executive Officer by Monday, 31 October 2011. Such notice shall state the specific motion or business, together with the names of the proposer and seconder.
